About Me

I’m a project manager at a Big Four consulting firm, where I help government clients deliver secure, high-impact technology and infrastructure projects. Over the past 28 years, I’ve led teams using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and traditional project management. I’ve always focused on practical solutions that actually work.

Earlier in my career, I helped start a marketing company, worked at a tech startup during the .com boom years, and was at Blockbuster Video during its battle with Netflix in the DVD-by-mail era. From there, I moved into project leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and later worked for a Silicon Valley startup. Those experiences shaped how I lead: with clarity, adaptability, and a focus on outcomes that matter.

I live in Sacramento with my wife and our two black German shepherds. When I’m not spending time with family or traveling, I’m usually thinking about how to make work more focused, humane, and effective, for teams and the people who lead them.
